Yes. If there's a product you'd like us to carry, drop us an email at
and we'll investigate.
You may return new, unopened items
within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of product price (less total shipping). Items should be returned in
their original product packaging. Please include a copy of your packing slip.
Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:
- Any item that has obvious signs of use.
- Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
We ask that you send an email to
email@example.com to request a RMA
number. A confirmation will be sent via e-mail. All returned package(s) must clearly display this RMA number on the outside of the return packaging but
not on the product packaging itself. All products must be in resalable condition and in original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
If your order included free shipping, your account will be refunded minus the shipping cost. Returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. If you return an
item please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Once
the return is received, please allow for processing. If approved, the return will be credited back to
the credit card used for the purchase.

If a product is being returned it must be in resalable condition. If the products received are
incomplete, missing parts, scratched or damaged, 'Quick Concepts, LLC' reserves the right to refuse crediting the
customer's account and the product will be returned to the customer. 'Quick Concepts, LLC' is not responsible for
products that are damaged due to poor packaging or lost shipments. If your product arrived damaged in transit, it is
best to refuse delivery and/or return it to the freight carrier. Please inform 'Quick
Concepts, LLC' of such shipping problems so that you won't be held responsible
for the refusal. Once you accept the package, 'Quick Concepts, LLC'

To cancel an order after it has been made, simply let us know through email or phone as soon as possible. To insure accuracy please include the Order ID (Customer Number) for the order you would like to cancel. Order
cancelations are subject to a Merchant Account Processing fee. This is an unfortunate side effect due to non-refundable merchant account transaction fees.
