Return Policy:
You may return new, unopened items
within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of product price (less total shipping). Items should be returned in
their original product packaging. Please include a copy of your packing slip.
Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:
We ask that you send an email to returns@iproducts.ws to request a RMA number. A confirmation will be sent via e-mail. All returned package(s) must clearly display this RMA number on the outside of the return packaging but not on the product packaging itself. All products must be in resalable condition and in original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, your account will be refunded minus the shipping cost. Returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. If you return an item please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Once the return is received, please allow for processing. If approved, the return will be credited back to the credit card used for the purchase.
